Read More詐騙園區中的現代奴役,正以前所未見的規模與嚴重程度,以組織犯罪的形式出現。保守估計,目前約有數以萬計的受害者被囚禁於詐騙園區中。收到詐騙訊息已經成為現代人的日常,而這種日常生活中的不舒服,實際上可能源自於一種惡性、新形的現代奴役。由於這些詐騙活動皆在網路上發生,詐騙犯和奴隸主可以輕易將他們的業務從一國轉移到另一國,使得實際逮補犯罪分子、突襲與救援變得非常困難。迫切需要政府與非政府組織有系統的合作,來根治這種犯罪。 Read publication
